We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels. You won’t be going on coffee runs for the office in a marketing internship with our company. Interns here work hard, move fast and learn constantly as they cycle through various marketing specializations.

Intern responsibilities

  • Conduct research as assigned on audience trends, and present findings
  • Observe and assist with pricing strategies
  • Participate regularly in brainstorming sessions for the development of marketing campaigns, and take detailed notes of meetings
  • Own social media account(s), including the initial strategy creation and daily posting and engagement activities
  • Research, plan and execute at least one marketing campaign under the direction and supervision of your manager
  • Assist in coordinating various marketing methods including, digital advertising, content marketing, direct mail, print ads, networking, internet, events, and social media

Intern skills

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate student studying marketing or communications
  • Strong work ethic and flexible work schedule
  • Experience with marketing software, online applications, analytics, and digital tools
  • Knowledgeable about social media best practices and platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn on the job and share experiences with other members of the team
  • Good KPIs are specific to short term impact. Social media engagement, Event follow up, Leads from webinars or the outcome of specific experiments.
