Careers
We’re building the next generation of marketers—Syntropic Marketers.
Build the Marketing Agency of the Future
You’re not looking for another marketing job. You’re looking for a career that won’t get automated away, a team that helps you grow faster than the industry is changing, and work that actually matters.
At Kalungi.ai, we’re building the first Syntropy Agency — a marketing team designed for the AI era. We don’t hire people to crank out campaigns or polish decks. We hire people to see what AI can’t: the human insight, the story worth telling, the judgment to know what to subtract until clarity remains.
Here, you’ll grow into one of four new roles — Sculptor, Scribe, Engineer, or Navigator — and learn the craft of creating signal in a world drowning in noise.
Syntropy Sculptor - “Shape clarity people can see in an instant.”
You’re not here to “make it pretty.” Where others add decoration, you carve clarity—you transform ideas into experiences that spark recognition across every screen, sound, and space.
Syntropy Engineer - “Design systems to scale clarity, not chaos.”
You’re the architect behind the curtain. You turn messy data, workflows, and AI agents into frameworks that compound signal instead of drowning them.
Syntropy Scribe - “Find the truths no dataset contains.”
You’re an investigative journalist looking for the unique, human element that makes companies unforgettable. You interview, research, and extract the insights that matter.
Syntropy Navigator - “Turn ambiguity into alignment—and ship what matters.”
You keep the syntropy map alive (who it’s for / what it’s for), make the hard tradeoffs, and align Sculptors, Scribes, and Engineers so the signal stays intact at scale.
This isn’t a place to keep up. It’s a place to get ahead.

Syntropy Navigator
Syntropy means creating clarity and coherence in a world of noise.
The Syntropy Navigator is the name we use for marketing roles that turn ambiguity into alignment—and ship what matters. They are the Chief Syntropy Officer.
At Kalungi.ai, we are building a marketing team for the new era of AI. We’re a seasoned B2B SaaS marketing firm that recognizes that, to compete in this new AI era, we will need to dynamically, originally, and thoughtfully integrate AI into our pipelines, frameworks, and processes at scale.
We don’t want to replace everyone with AI, and we don’t want to put out poorly produced, barely proofread AI content. We are re-organizing our roles to complement AI by focusing on what it can’t do. AI can do a tremendous amount, but real value comes from the human perspective guiding it. This is what we call Syntropic marketing: humans using AI to deliver the most efficient, meaningful, and sharp content and services they can.
We’ve defined four roles that anchor our approach. But these roles aren’t carved in stone — they’re meant to grow with the people who step into them, and you’re also not tied to them. If you evolve to fit another role better, that’s fine, too. Whatever helps us make our work clear, meaningful, and efficient. You’ll have the opportunity to influence how your work evolves, ensuring that our structure remains effective, human-centered, and built for the future.
For reference, the four roles of our Syntropy team are: The Syntropy Sculptor, The Syntropy Engineer, The Syntropy Scribe and The Syntropy Navigator
This application is for the Syntropy Navigator.
So, what does a Syntropy Navigator do?
You’re the CMO reborn: a Chief Syntropy Officer. You don’t manage every task—you maintain the map, hold the standard, and align Scribes, Sculptors, and Engineers so their work compounds in meaning and efficiency. Your management authority is not just formal, hence earned through driving clarity, your leadership reputation, and ability to make great decisions.
What you’ll do
- Own the Syntropy Map: Codify “who it’s for / what it’s for,” positioning constraints, and decision rules.
- Lead by influence: Create trust, take stands, challenge consensus; calm chaos and spark urgency as needed.
- Translate strategy to action: Prioritize channels, timing, and bets; say no to anything that dilutes the signal.
- Coach the triad: Align the Scribe (narrative), Sculptor (visual language), Engineer (systems) around the same signal.
- Run executive conversations: Validate direction with CEOs, boards, and go-to-market leaders.
- Review syntropy health: Tie metrics to meaning—measure recognition, resonance, and coherence, not just volume.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in marketing leadership, brand strategy, or executive advisory for B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to align without formal authority and keep teams pointed at the same hill.
- Sharp strategic judgment; comfort in ambiguity; crisp writing and presence in the room.
-
Literacy across the other roles (narrative, design systems, RevOps/AI) sufficient to coach and arbitrate.
Impact:
You produce more order than output—sustained clarity that compounds across quarters. Teams move together. Markets recognize the signal.
Syntropy Scribe
Syntropy means creating clarity and coherence in a world of noise.
The Syntropy Scribe is the name we use for marketing roles who finds truths no dataset contains and makes brands unforgettable.

For reference, the four roles of our Syntropy team are: The Syntropy Sculptor, The Syntropy Engineer, The Syntropy Scribe and The Syntropy Navigator
This application is for the Syntropy Scribe.
So, what does a Syntropy Scribe do?
You act like an investigative journalist, historian, and storyteller. You extract truths no dataset contains—through interviews, primary research, pattern recognition, or whatever tools you think fit the job—and build narratives that competitors can’t replicate. You don’t need just fill content calendars; you build enduring works—part analysis, part story—that make sense of the noise. You author the narratives that competitors eventually borrow from.
What you’ll do
- Interview for insight: Customers, founders, experts—capture the non-obvious and the unspoken.
- Build anchor content: Category narratives, positioning pillars, case studies, long-form pieces worth citing.
- Shape messaging: “Who’s it for / what’s it for” turned into language that teams can use everywhere.
- Run primary research: Win-loss, field notes, transcript mining; let AI handle secondary sweep & drafting.
- Create a narrative library: Reusable story blocks, proof points, and quotes mapped to the buyer’s journey.
- Experiment with form: Articles, video scripts, email series, interactive explainers—whatever carries the signal best.
- Measure resonance: Listen for proof of understanding, not just clicks, and refine accordingly.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in journalism, copywriting, content strategy, analyst relations, or similar (or portfolio that proves it).
- Evident interviewing chops and the ability to synthesize complexity into clean, vivid prose.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS markets and technical audiences.
- Comfortable using AI as a junior writer/research assistant while protecting the human voice.
- Curious, precise, deadline-reliable; strong sense for what to subtract to make ideas land.
Impact
You create pieces people remember and reuse. Sales, product, and execs pull from your library because it clarifies decisions and moves markets.
Syntropy Engineer
Syntropy means creating clarity and coherence in a world of noise.
The Syntropy Engineer is the name we use for marketing roles designing systems and automation where clarity scales, not chaos.

For reference, the four roles of our Syntropy team are: The Syntropy Sculptor, The Syntropy Engineer, The Syntropy Scribe and The Syntropy Navigator
This application is for the Syntropy Engineer.
So, what does a Syntropy Engineer do?
You design, automate, and protect the systems that carry and amplify clarity, efficiency, and syntropy. You think like an architect, not a campaign runner—standardizing what should repeat, templatizing what should scale, and building quality gates that keep clarity intact as volume increases. You orchestrate humans, data, and AI agents so outputs stay sharp and meaningful, even at scale.
What you’ll do
- Architect growth systems: RevOps + martech + AI pipelines that are modular, reusable, and auditable.
- Operationalize STOP: Standardize → Templatize → Optimize → Productize across client work.
- Orchestrate agents with MCP: Connect tools, preserve context, enforce routing rules, and prevent entropy, especially under duress of scaling processes with AI.
- Make reusable assets: HubSpot templates, scoring models, attribution, dashboards, data contracts.
- Instrument for resonance: Define syntropy health metrics and then design and run experiments to test the clarity and signal of outputs being created.
- Govern data by design: Privacy, access, lineage, and quality checks built into every workflow.
- Maintain the Playbook: Document frameworks and patterns so teams can build right, fast.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in RevOps, martech, demand gen, or adjacent systems roles (or equivalent portfolio).
- Fluency with HubSpot, GA4, CRM workflows, attribution, data modeling; comfort with APIs/LLM pipelines/prompt ops.
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or agentic patterns; curiosity to keep learning.
- A systems thinker who simplifies complexity and ships maintainable frameworks.
- Collaborative partner to Navigators, Scribes, and Sculptors; clear written documentation.
Impact
You make clarity scalable. Teams move faster without losing coherence. Every new workflow compounds meaningful signal instead of creating noise.

This application is for the Syntropy Sculptor.
So, what does a Syntropy Sculptor do?
Syntropy means creating clarity and coherence in a world of noise. As a Syntropy Sculptor, you shape that clarity visually. You go beyond design as “polish” — it’s not about making things look nice at the end, it’s about shaping the very way ideas are perceived. You know that a well-timed video, a sound cue, or an interactive element can shift perception as powerfully as a logo or layout. You’re building meaning, not decoration. You know what to add, when to break the rules, and most importantly, what to subtract until the message cuts through instantly.
What you’ll do:
- Translate brand positioning into a clear, consistent visual language across channels.
- Tell stories with whatever formats tell it best— from video to design to audio to experiential: whatever best fits the story and message you want to share.
- Build and maintain adaptable systems (style & brand guides, templates, toolkits) that keep our work coherent across formats.
- Collaborate with storytellers and strategists to fuse narrative and design into one signal.
- Use AI tools for breadth and exploration to make your work as efficient as possible but apply your human judgment to curate what truly resonates.
- Craft memorable visual experiences using tension, rhythm, and clarity.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in brand design, visual identity, or creative direction (or equivalent portfolio that demonstrates mastery).
- Fluency across multiple formats — web, video, motion, audio, print — and eagerness to bring new approaches to the table.
- Mastery of visual design principles (color, typography, rhythm, balance).
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
- A creator who is curious, detail-oriented, and driven to create coherence.
- Strong creative judgment — knows when to subtract for clarity.
- Collaborative mindset with writers, marketers, and engineers.
-
Comfort with AI as a creative partner, paired with the taste and restraint to know when human touch matters most.
Impact
You make our work recognizable and memorable — across mediums, across moments — sharper and more meaningful than before.
