FAQ

Will I need to pay more to add more team members?

Nope! We understand that limiting access and sharing accounts to save on monthly costs can be a serious pain. With Kalungi OKR you pay one price, per month, and can add your whole team for no extra cost.

What is an active OKR set?

While none of your OKR sets will be deleted after they are made inactive, only active OKR sets will continue to send in-app notifications and weekly email updates to subscribed users.

What happens at the end of the free trial?

After the 14-day free trial, your provided payment method will be charged $35 for each month you continue to use Kalungi's OKR tool. You can cancel your plan anytime, at which point access to the app will be closed for your team will end at the end of the current billing period.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. If you decide that Kalungi is not the best fit for your team's needs you can cancel your subscription through Stripe at any time.

What is included in the free trial?

Everything! During your free trial, you'll get access to the full standard Kalungi OKR manager.
